Frequently Asked Questions
Short answers for HOAs and neighborhoods.
If you don’t see your question, contact us and we’ll help right away.
I want a new subdivision sign—what are my options?
We offer a wide range of custom monument sign solutions. During our consultation, we’ll review your needs to ensure the design, size, materials, and placement align perfectly with your vision, community guidelines, and budget.
Are there standard sign sizes?
Yes and no. Some signs—like real estate, parking, or pool/tennis area signs—follow standard sizes. Monument signs and custom entrance signs can be fabricated in any size to fit your property and local requirements.
What is your monument sign warranty?
All Subdivision Signs products, including custom monument signs, come with a one-year limited warranty covering materials and workmanship.
“Subdivision Signs Near Me”—do you serve my area?
Yes. We proudly serve Metro Atlanta and nearby communities.
Do you handle sign installation?
Yes. We provide professional installation for monument, directional/street, and community entrance signage and manage every detail.
Do I need a permit for my monument sign?
Often yes. Requirements vary by city/county. We research local codes, prepare drawings, submit applications, and manage approvals for you.
What is the difference between RGB and CMYK colors?
RGB = screens/digital; CMYK = printing/paint. CMYK provides the closest preview to final printed/painted colors. We supply physical paint chips before production.
Will the color on my screen match the final sign color?
Not exactly. Screens vary. Signs are produced in paint or CMYK print, so minor differences occur. We confirm colors with paint chip samples before production.
Can you install even if we already have a design?
Yes. Provide your approved files and we’ll fabricate and install. We can also refine your design and create permit-ready drawings if needed.
Can I return my sign if I don't like it?
Once you approve the proof and production begins, orders are final. If damage or a significant difference from the approved proof occurs, we’ll repair or replace at no cost. (Tip: double-check spelling, numbers, and layout before approval.)
