Yes and no. Some signs, like real estate, parking, or pool/tennis area signs, follow standard sizes. Monument signs and custom entrance signs can be fabricated in any size to suit your property’s needs.

All Subdivision Signs products, including custom monument signs, come with a one-year limited warranty covering materials and workmanship.

We specialize in HOA, neighborhood, and community signage. With years of experience, we handle design, permitting, fabrication, and installation — ensuring your signs meet community guidelines while looking professional and lasting for years.

Not exactly. Screens use RGB color, which varies by monitor. Signs are produced in paint or CMYK printing, so slight differences occur. To ensure accuracy, we provide physical paint chip samples before production.

Yes. We provide professional installation services for monument signs, directional/street signage, and community entrance signs — handling every detail of the process.

Permit requirements vary by city and county. We research local regulations, confirm requirements, and handle the permitting process on your behalf.

RGB (Red, Green, Blue): Used for screens and digital displays.
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black): Used for printing. Designing in CMYK gives the most accurate preview of printed colors.

Once a proof is approved and production begins, orders are final. If your sign arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved proof, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
