For best accuracy, specify Pantone Solid Coated numbers or provide CMYK builds. Screen (RGB) previews will not perfectly match final print or painted finishes.
We recommend vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF for the sharpest results. High-resolution JPGs, PNGs, or TIFFs may also be used, but vector ensures scalability without losing quality. For large format signs, artwork should be at least 150 dpi at full size. For smaller items, 300 dpi is preferred to keep images sharp and readable. All print files should be in CMYK color mode, since digital screens display in RGB. Converting to CMYK before sending helps ensure colors match your final printed sign more accurately. Yes. Please either outline your fonts before sending or include the font files. This prevents text from shifting or substituting during production. Yes. We provide a digital proof for your approval before production. This step ensures spelling, layout, and colors are correct before final printing. No problem. Our design team can prepare or recreate artwork from your logo, sketch, or idea. We’ll make sure it meets production standards for best results. Yes. We use Pantone and paint chip matching when needed to align with your brand standards or HOA logo colors. Screen colors may vary, so physical samples are the most accurate reference.
